Who we are

Pure Cleaners Lead Assistant is a private tool of Pure Cleaners & Home Organizers ("Pure Cleaners", "we"), a cleaning company in Los Angeles County, California. Our staff use it to answer the service requests that customers send us through Thumbtack and Yelp.

What this policy covers

This policy covers Pure Cleaners Lead Assistant and the information it receives about customers who contact Pure Cleaners through Thumbtack and Yelp. It also covers this website, which describes the tool.

Information we collect

The tool handles the details of a customer's request and the messages around it:

• the customer's name, in the form the platform shows it;
• the city and ZIP code;
• the description of the job;
• the size of the home;
• the requested dates;
• the conversation between the customer and Pure Cleaners;
• a phone number and an address, if the customer gives them to us to book a cleaning.

Where the information comes from

We receive it from Thumbtack and from Yelp, when a customer sends us a request or a message there, and from the customer directly.

How we use it

We use the information only to reply to our customers, prepare quotes, schedule cleanings and keep a record of the requests we receive.

Use of AI

AI helps us read the details of a request and prepares draft replies to customers. A staff member reviews every draft before it is sent. If we ever turn on automatic replies that are sent without review, they will be labeled as automatic.

Our AI provider does not use this information to train its models.

Who we share it with

We share the information only with the service providers that the tool needs in order to work:

• an AI model provider, reached through OpenRouter, to read requests and prepare draft replies;
• Telegram, to notify our team about new requests;
• Google, for Google Sheets, where we keep our log of requests, and for Gmail, where we receive the notification emails from the platforms;
• our hosting provider, on whose server the tool runs.

We do not sell this information, and we do not share it for advertising.

The information may be processed on servers located outside the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

If our access to the Thumbtack API is turned off, or if Thumbtack asks us to, we delete the data we received through the Thumbtack API within 5 business days.

Security

Only Pure Cleaners staff and the developer who maintains the tool have access to the information. The tool exchanges data with the services listed above over encrypted connections.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to purecleaners.team@gmail.com, and we will reply within 30 days.

Do Not Track

This website does not track its visitors and uses no third-party trackers, so a Do Not Track signal from your browser does not change anything. No third-party service collects information about visitors of this website. The website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no scripts, and loads nothing from other sites.

Children

The tool is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
