Terms of Use

These terms apply to Pure Cleaners Lead Assistant ("the tool"), a private tool of Pure Cleaners & Home Organizers ("Pure Cleaners", "we"), a cleaning company in Los Angeles County, California.

Who may use the tool

The tool is for the staff of Pure Cleaners only. There is no public sign-up, and the tool is not offered to other businesses or to the public.

Access to the Thumbtack account

The tool connects to the Pure Cleaners account on Thumbtack only after the owner of that account grants access through OAuth, on Thumbtack's own authorization screen. The account owner can revoke this access at any time, either in the Thumbtack settings or by writing to us at purecleaners.team@gmail.com.

Replies to customers and use of AI

Replies are sent to customers on behalf of Pure Cleaners. Draft replies are prepared by AI, and a staff member reviews every draft before it is sent. If we ever turn on automatic replies that are sent without review, they will be labeled as automatic.

No warranty

The tool is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Cleaners and the developers of the tool are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, that arise from using the tool or from being unable to use it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what information the tool handles and what we do with it.

Third-party services

Thumbtack and Yelp are trademarks of their respective owners. Their own terms apply to the use of their services.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
